World Immunization Week Awareness Street Plays
World Immunization Week is celebrated annually from April 24th to April 30th with the objective of addressing immunization-related issues. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, numerous children missed their scheduled vaccination shots. In an effort to raise awareness about the importance of vaccination, Radio Vishwas has decided to partner with the Nashik Municipal Corporation and UNICEF every year to promote vaccination in the city. Street plays are organized in slum areas across Nashik to disseminate information and educate the community about the significance of immunization. Radio Vishwas continues to work in close collaboration with UNICEF to consistently spread awareness about vaccination and highlight its importance.
