Hinsa Ko No (Say No to Domestic Violence)
We have embarked on a new collaborative initiative with SMART and Azim Premji Foundation to address the pressing issue of domestic violence in Nashik. Our primary focus is to raise awareness among young women residing in slum areas of Nashik. To achieve this, we have designed a specialized radio program and formed dedicated groups. Through our radio program, we aim to disseminate crucial information, advice, and support regarding domestic violence. Additionally, these groups serve as safe spaces for women to share experiences, seek guidance, and learn about the necessary steps to take if they encounter domestic violence.
